How to place an order
At tetrahandsetsandaccessories.co.uk we do not ask for payment when you place your order.
Simply make your choice and click Add To Order. This will take you straight to the basket where you will have the choice to update your order, go to checkout or continue shopping.
Once the order goes to checkout you will note that the page is secure displaying the padlock symbol. Although we are not taking card details we respect your privacy and you can be assured your order details are transferred to us securely.
Complete your details and click on Submit Order. You will receive an email shortly after confirming the placement of the order.
We prefer to add a personal touch to our service and on receipt of your order we will contact you to confirm:
- Order details
- Carriage charge (as we receive international orders charges vary but you can be assured our charges will be the most appropriate, offering best value based on the size of the order).
- Payment method (we can accept payments by debit / credit card, line 1 procurement credit card, cheque and bank transfer - we offer credit accounts subject to status). Please note that where you opt to pay by bank transfer outside the UK, additional charges may apply - we will advise on confirmation of order
- Delivery schedule
