Cancellations and Returns
Customer satisfaction is important to us and we endeavour to provide a customer experience that meets or exceeds your expectations.
The products we supply have been carefully chosen to offer outstanding performance and reliability.
We also offer the opportunity for you to arrange a call back should you be unsure if a particular product will meet your requirements.
However, should you need to return an unwanted item, please contact us before returning goods and we will call you back to guide you through the returns process.
Health and hygiene
For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund the following products:
This policy does not affect your statutory rights related to faulty or mis-described goods.
Other unwanted equipment should be returned in its original condition and packaging and within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods. We will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of goods to confirm reimbursement - less a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that you must ensure products you return are adequately packaged as we will not accept responsibility for items damaged during their return. Goods are returned at your expense and should be returned by a method that protects the goods and allows for proof of delivery.

If you cancel an order before we despatch the goods, we will provide a full refund less a 3% transaction charge.
Please contact us regarding faulty goods - our Service Department will call you to discuss the fault and if necessary advise on the returns procedure.
